I have been a customer of Orange Coast Plumbing for over 15 years & their service has always been great. And this time Mike & Henry performed exceptional work. Our home is 62 years old & this time they discovered that the clogged showed drain was a result of the drain line totally disintegrating. They had to jackhammer through the slab to get underneath the heating system in order to repair. This required Henry going through a very small opening in the wall (smaller than our dogie door) in order to shovel out dirt & rotten materials in order to install a new drain. He & Mike had to coordinate how best to get it all out which was not easy. We know have a completely remodeled shower with all new fixtures. Mike was fantastic getting the new fiberglass shower installed because the prior installation of over 20 years ago was not done correctly. Thank you Mike & Henry. You are true professionals. Mike from Orange Coast came out today September 23, 2024 and installed a brand new water heater. Looks like it was a great install (I hope) nice and clean and Mike advised me of all the issues and also told me my previous water heater was not up to code and was missing a couple parts. So now we feel better knowing it is all up to code and safe.

Kevin and Jeff were amazing throughout the whole process. From diagnosing our slab leak, to explaining options for repairs, to completing a full re-pipe of our house - They showed professionalism and worked diligently to complete everything in a timely manner. We had Nolan Rodriguez today from OCP. To take care of a minor leak at our pressure control valve for the entire house. Nolan showed up on time for his appointment was very knowledgeable and described to us what was going on what had to be done and how long it would take. He was very courteous he did not leave us any mess to clean up after him and he was very quick with his work, took him less than an hour to service our house and get us back up and running. we thank him for all of his time effort he took to explain what was going on We will definitely be requesting Nolan again at OCP.

Mike was great. He came in and handled our burst pipe. Great communication and very personable. He got us an estimate for a device which shuts off the water in case of a leak. He was very professional and worked hard for hours fixing our leak.

Outstanding Service from Orange Coast Plumbing! I recently had Orange Coast Plumbing reroute piping on a broken hot water line, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Jesse and J.J. finished the job the same day, demonstrating both efficiency and expertise. They were able to reroute the plumbing through my attic therefore did not have to break the floor to repair the leak. I was left with only two manageably sized squares of drywall I have to repair. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. What stood out the most was their honesty and willingness to work within my budget, offering only the necessary repairs without any upselling. I truly appreciate their professionalism and integrity. They even offered to work with my home insurance to try and get as much of the work covered. I highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!
